What's the difference between short-term and long-term?

Short-Term works best for individuals who are here temporarily or are still looking for a permanent home and do not want to make a 6+ month commitment.

Long-Term assistance is designed for individuals who are willing to make a 6+ month commitment.

How does your optional furnished packages work?

If you are in need of furnishings, you can pick and choose exactly what you need. For instance, you can request furniture only and bring your own housewares.

Can I upgrade my furniture package?

Of course, our goal is to make you feel at home in your short or long term rental. If you wish to choose an upgraded furniture package, we will only charge you the additional cost we incur….keeping your overall price at a minimum.

Can I pick and choose which utilities that Blue Sky Suites will manage?

Yes, you have that option. By putting the utilities in your name, you can regulate your usage and possibly save extra money.

How soon will my furnished rental be available?

It only takes us 2 to 3 business days to completely set-up your furnished rental once a commitment has been made.

What if I don't know much about the area?

Based on your job location, school requirements, etc., we will do our best to direct you to a rental that accommodate all of your needs.
