Apartment Tours
A private guided tour of apartment complexes that meets the specific tastes and requirements of the employee. Pricing, location, pets, availability, bonus features, and more are all factored in to what we'll include in the tour.

Newcomer Tours
When moving into brand new territory having the knowledge to find your favorite restaurants, beauty salon, shopping areas, and recreational points of interest as well as knowing the highway systems and traffic patterns is an invaluable help. Welcoming a new employee in this way is a fabulous way to help him or her feel at home from day one!
Even prior to meeting the Triangle Tour Specialist, our service will begin with an in depth phone conversation pinpointing the new employee's interests and goals for the tour, as well as some direction on where to find information important to them on the web in case they prefer a hands-on approach to tailoring their tours with us. When we meet, we'll also include company print media that gives them further direction and answers to most any question they're likely to have.
Note:
The full-day service includes lunch and we'll take you and/or your potential employee to all the spots in Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill that make them such great places in which to live. You can trust us to ensure that your new employee will be chomping at the bit to get started once we've shown them all the surprising and incredible secrets our area has to offer.
